The Steam store describes shared expansion monsters, stages and items when an owner enables the DLC for a lobby. Non-owners cannot select the new survivors, or permanently unlock the DLC’s items, logbooks and other content.
The store does not separately document whether every character challenge, background unlock flag or platform achievement is recorded for a non-owner. We leave that behavior unknown. You can still use all manual route checklists here.
PS4 and PS5 are different
Hallowed Concepts supports PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. The DLC is not supported on PlayStation 4, Xbox One or Nintendo Switch, according to 2K’s platform notice.
Steam lists Windows requirements. Native macOS support is not listed. A store listing or ownership of the base game does not establish support for this expansion on an older console.
Playing across generations
2K says future console updates end PS4–PS5 and Xbox One–Series co-op. The support article retains rollout-dependent wording. Check both players’ installed versions and the current support notice rather than assuming every console update has reached every region.
