Official preview · release tuning unverifiedA successful Soul Brand changes the target into a focus for nearby monsters. Think about who is close enough to be affected, rather than assuming it is direct bonus damage.
The public description does not establish universal boss compatibility or a stacking formula.
Watch for another item entering cooldown or being consumed. The preview describes a possible substitution by the Crucible, once per stage.
N’Tormat pages are an explicit example; a possible extra use is not a guaranteed double cast.
Explore cooldown, consumption and page scenarios →Expect the teleporter-boss burden associated with a Mountain effect without assuming the extra reward.
The penalty and bonus reward are separate: surviving this Hex is not evidence that it pays out like activating a normal Mountain shrine.
Reduced sight changes how early you can identify distant terrain and threats. Use nearby landmarks rather than treating the effect as a damage modifier.
A distance in preview footage is not a current release ruler; no exact visibility calculator is provided.
Repeated jumping is suppressed in the official short. Stop jumping to allow recovery rather than assuming the next jump has its normal strength.
The preview does not establish stacking, decay speed or recovery seconds.
Hexes impose drawbacks. Hallowed Items are rewards associated with enduring and removing Hexes. This does not establish a fixed one-to-one conversion for each pair.
The release announcement lists 14 Hexes and 11 Hallowed Items. This directory currently documents 3 Hexes and 2 Hallowed Items from official previews. Generic category symbols here are navigation icons, not game-item artwork.
N’Tormat pages have their own page reference. For item donation during the Acolyte rescue, use the separate rescue report table.
